A hard frost is expected in the next day or so, so I brought my Serissa bonsai indoors for the season. The Serissa — sometimes called the snow rose — is a tender tropical that can’t handle our Wisconsin cold. This one has a nice gnarled, curved trunk topped with a cloud of small green leaves. One of my favorites in the collection.
