Juniper Bonsai

My juniper bonsai is coming along nicely. I’ve trained several of the trunks with wire to give them that classic twisting, windswept movement, and the blue-green needled foliage has filled in beautifully. Junipers are a staple of the bonsai world for good reason — they’re hardy, they respond well to shaping, and they just look the part. Here it sits out among the rest of my collection.
