“This lovely Shih Tzu girl is Elsie Mater Tater Tot (Elsie for short!). She is such a sweet little dog; I don’t know what I would do without her! I hope you like her Halloween picture…I think she made a cute little bee! Thanks!”

What a name — Elsie Mater Tater Tot! Only the most beloved dogs get names that grand, and you can tell just from reading it that Elsie is completely adored. Dressing up a Shih Tzu for Halloween is one of the great joys in life, and Elsie absolutely nailed the bee look. With her fluffy coat and sweet temperament, she was probably the most huggable bee anyone had ever seen. Shih Tzus have a wonderful way of going along with whatever their people dream up for them — patient, good-natured, and always happy to make you smile. Elsie sounds like exactly that kind of dog. After all, what would her owner do without her? We completely understand that feeling. Do you dress your dog up for Halloween? Share a photo in the comments!
