We have 3 wonderful Shih Tzu’s…and a Dalmatian…lol…my Dal thinks he is a Shih Tzu! He curles his big old black and white body into a ball, just to fit in their tiny beds! It is adorable! All of my babies are rescues. They continue to give me unconditional love and show me the need to end Kill Shelters. I actually walked into a SPCA as my oldest Shih was being taken out of the cage to be sent to the pound to be put down…of course, when I heard this, all it took was me looking at my wonderful hubby and he whipped out the credit card. She has been with us for 5 years now and ”IS” my heart. She has cataracts in both eyes..can’t see out of one of them..has congestive heart failure and beat the odds. About a 1 1/2 years ago, she was given no more than 2 weeks to live…now her heart murmur is a 2, it was a five. All I can say is that love and faith gave me my baby back. She is hand fed most of the time…chicken breast ans peas and carrots…lol…yes, she is a diva. She is palyful now, chases my Dal, sings, and when the other nuts in my home get too loud she will bark once, and they quiet down. I could go on..lol…I thank God everyday for my babies…
