Instead they adapted: photographs for bonding, walks side by side, love at a slight distance. Three Shih Tzus — Chen at 29 months, Bryce at 9 months, and tiny Akiko at 5 months — and their owner finds a way to be present with all of them every single day. The love here is extraordinary.
