Dog of The Day for 4/20/2012 — Ozzy – Age 2 — Miniature Schnauzer
Our Dog of the Day for 4/20/2012 is Ozzy, a 2-year-old Miniature Schnauzer who is simply the best.
“Ozzy is a 2-year-old Miniature Schnauzer. He is the best dog we have ever owned. He bounces around the house like a ball and loves to steal our socks and shoes.”
Ozzy bounces around the house like a ball, steals socks and shoes with obvious delight, and has been crowned the best dog his family has ever owned — which, given that people usually have a lot of dogs over a lifetime, is a remarkable achievement. Miniature Schnauzers bring a particular kind of energy to a household: alert, expressive, opinionated, and endlessly entertaining. The sock-and-shoe stealing is a perfectly Schnauzer move — they tend to be very interested in things that smell like their people, and carrying off a shoe is as much a love language as it is a crime. Ozzy at two years old is right in his stride: all the exuberance of youth combined with a dog who has settled into his personality and knows exactly who he is. Please give this wonderful bouncing boy a like and share him today!
Sock thief, ball of energy, best dog ever — that’s our Ozzy! Thanks for sharing him with us.
