Middle-of-the-Night Power Outage — February 18, 2014
We were sound asleep for the last couple hours. I woke up to a strange beeping sound, I thought it was a alarm on a phone at first. We quickly figured out the power was out and it was the battery backup. I got both computers shutdown with just about 1 minute of battery left. It must have been beeping for 10 minutes or so before we woke up.
We reported the outage but they don’t know what is going on at this point. I’ll try to get back to sleep soon.
No storms here today, it was actually the warmest day in many weeks reaching about 36 today. It looks like most of the neighbors are without power also.
