An Antique Coffee Roaster at Montana Coffee Traders — A Beautiful Old Machine
Also on display during our visit to Montana Coffee Traders was this antique coffee roaster — an old piece of machinery with a copper drum, ornate cast-iron details, and the patina that only comes with age.
I got in close to photograph the drum and the internal paddles that would have tumbled the beans over the heat. It’s amazing to think about how much coffee passed through a machine like this in its day. A really neat bit of coffee history sitting right there next to the modern equipment.
