Camping in the Woods — June 2002 with Karen, Tents, and a Good Fire
Throwing it way back to a camping trip from June 9th, 2002. Karen and I set up our tents in the woods, got a good fire going, and spent the weekend cooking over the open flame and enjoying the outdoors. Funny looking back at these — we both look so young!
Nothing quite like camp cooking over a fire. We had a pan going right over the coals and made a real meal out of it. The tall green forest, the smoke drifting through the trees, the crackling fire — it all brings back good memories of those early trips together.
