Thai Shrimp & Sesame Noodle

This is Karen’s peanut-sesame noodle, the one we always called peanut butter spaghetti. Shrimp or chicken marinates in a lite Italian dressing, then gets tossed with angel hair and a peanut-and-sesame sauce. It comes together fast once everything is prepped.
