Your data
Your entries are stored on this device. Sign in to sync them — encrypted — across your devices, or keep your own copy here. Exports and backups are made right on your device.
Local only — not synced.
JSON keeps everything for re-import. CSV opens in any spreadsheet for your own charts.
An encrypted backup is locked with a passphrase you choose — store it anywhere safely. We can’t recover the passphrase.
Insights
A read of your own patterns over time. Descriptive only — bring anything notable to your doctor, not conclusions.

Labs, vitals & medications
Log your lab results, vitals (weight, temperature, heart rate, blood pressure) and medication changes, then see them laid over how you’ve been feeling. Like the rest of the app these stay on your device — and if you sign in, your values, medication names and notes are end-to-end encrypted before they sync. We never see them.
Your labs over time
Your own values over time, with medication changes laid over them — a signal, not a verdict. Reference ranges aren't baked in (they vary by lab) — but you can add your own below and we'll shade it on the chart. Bring anything notable to your doctor.
Add a lab result above to see your trends here.

Photo log ⓘ
Some thyroid and autoimmune changes are easier to see than to describe — facial puffiness, hair, skin, swelling, a goiter, or eye changes (Graves’ / thyroid eye disease — bulging, lid retraction, redness). A dated photo log lets you and your doctor compare across months. Every image is encrypted on this device with a passphrase only you know, and is never uploaded or synced. Tip: same spot, same light each time makes change easiest to read — for eyes, a straight-on shot looking at the camera works best. Because it’s device-only, it isn’t part of your backup — keep originals elsewhere too if they matter.

Doctor-visit report
A clean summary to print or save as a PDF for an appointment. It’s built right here on your device from your own data — nothing is uploaded to make it. Pick a range (for example, since your last visit), jot down anything you want to raise, then print.
